About the job:

Qualified individual will be able to:

– Introduce continuous improvement techniques to improve current process control methods, quality of product, and increase productivity capacities.

– Devise strategies to improve production yield, probe yield and efficiency with lower product cost.

– Develop solutions to moderately complex problems through assessment of various techniques and approaches.

– Possess a standard working knowledge of Photo Lithography and has ability to apply these concepts.

Minimum Requirements:

– BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Chemistry, Material Science or related engineering degree

– 1 year of engineering work experience in manufacturing Fabs / semiconductor environment

– Strong Understanding of Process Control, Good Communication Skills, Organized, Self-Motivated, Detail Oriented

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

– Photo Lithography – at least one year minimum experience

– Strong SPC skills

– Strong Problem Solving Skills

– Able to lead Continuous Improvement Projects / Teams

– Plans and organizes work to ensure timely completion of many independent tasks.

– Communicates routinely with others to solve problems and present information.

– Actively participates in working groups, providing ideas and helping to achieve group interaction.
