Performance Tester

Performance Tester needed — Location: Raytheon, Richardson, TX

NO H1B, EAD, TN1 OR GREEN CARD HOLDERS AND NO 3RD PARTY CANDIDATES

I am working with Raytheon as the manager is looking for a Performance Tester, for a long-term contract position in Richardson, TX. You must be a US Citizen to apply.

Hourly rate: OPEN (W2 or C2C,

no 3rd party candidates)

Skills: LoadRunner, Performance Center, Truclient Firefox and IE, Quality Center, Firewalls, J2EE, Web Services, SOA, Windows Server and SQL Server

Summary

The Performance Tester will define test objectives, lead performance testing engagements, and provide actionable analysis to help resolve performance bottlenecks. You must have broad knowledge in performance testing methodology & tools, with an understanding of architecture and technology. This position requires a person who is highly skilled at handling complex technical situations and has exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

****Extensive familiarity with LoadRunner scripting is required – not record and playback.****

• Expert level of knowledge with HP Load Runner / Performance Center Suite preferred, HP Quality Center is a plus.
• Multiple protocol experience Web/HTML and TruClient preferred.
• Experience installing / configuring the Performance Center / ALM Suite infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, SQL Server 2012, 2016 – general server administration background is a plus.
• Extensive experience with a detailed approach to testing process definition and documentation.
• Extensive experience working with Firewalls, J2EE, Web Services, SOA, SOAP, SAPGUI, SAP and distributive environments.
• Applied experience and analysis in designing, creating, maintaining, and executing performance scripts and log defects in order to recommend better solutions.
• Experience setting up the performance environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you will be involved in client-facing so good communication skills is imperative.
