PCA (Personal Care Aide), Full-time!

Oak Leaf Manor owns and operates two Personal Care Communities in Landisville & Millersville, Lancaster County, PA. We offer five levels of Personal and Independent Care that are tailored to fit the needs of each individual; including traditional personal care, memory support services and respite and recovery care. We employ only caring individuals who have a heart for working with seniors and who are searching for a fulfilling career in a team-oriented environment!

We are currently looking for Personal Care Aides (PCA) to join our team!

PCAs are caring, warm, friendly individuals needed to assist our personal care residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, shaving, and other activities. Must be a great multi-tasker with excellent people skills!

Personal Care Aides must be a minimum of 18 years of age and posses a high school diploma or equivalent and must have earned a Personal Care Direct Care Staff Training certificate (located at http://services.dpw.state.pa.us/pch_comptest/). Six (6) months working experience with older adults or elderly preferred.
