Install America is an established company started 60 years ago with 3 offices in need of outbound and inbound Call Center Representatives. Experience is a plus, but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities as a call rep include qualifying homeowners, verifying information, setting appointments and answering any questions our clients may have.

We are looking for:

• Full time sales reps
• Positive attitude and energy for our team
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to speak clearly and professionally
• Bilingual is a plus
• Management experience is a plus.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Start date: Immediately.

Rate of Pay: Weekly. Base, Bonuses & Commissions. Base Pay is depending on experience.

Requirements: No prior experience needed. Must have valid ID and High School diploma. You MUST be responsible, professional, detail-oriented, punctual and possess a welcoming attitude.
