Position Summary:

The Payroll Specialist role is responsible for ensuring that all payroll related activities for their assigned base of clients are conducted timely, accurately and in compliance with State and Federal laws as well as individual client requirements.

Position Functions – What you will do:

• Payroll Processing (up to 800+ employees)
• Customer Service/Communication
• Ensure all Payrolls are in by deadline
• Oversight and approval of special payroll runs
• Payroll Reports

What you need to bring:

• 2+ years of payroll experience (800+ employees)
• Customer Service Background
• Outsourcing (PEO) experience a plus!!
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Timely follow-up
• Ability to prioritize
• Computer software acumen
• Ability to multi-task
