Consumer Direct Management Solutions is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment located in our Missoula office. In this important role you will process large payrolls and payroll inquiries. This position will handle everything from the basic flow through processes of payroll, taxes, VOEs to garnishments. Successful candidates will be meticulous about working on sensitive duties as stated while sitting for long periods of time throughout the day, adhering to strict deadlines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage multiple aspects of a payroll, such as missed pay time, tracking garnishments, manage leave reports for sick time and completing verification of income.
Good verbal and written communication skills that include speaking effectively with leadership and coworkers.
Team player- ability to work in teams, are open and receptive to coaching and feedback
High attention to detail
General Office duties and assisting where needed
Must be able to work in fast paced environment with strict deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years’ office and/or accounting experience

A working knowledge of payroll processes

A working knowledge of payroll taxes

Basic understanding of garnishments and how they work

Knowledge of VOEs and how to complete

Good math skills

Computer proficiency to include Outlook and Excel

Must be able to successfully pass a background screening
