Patient Services Representative

This full time position (36 hours per week, 3-12 hour overnight shifts) is responsible for registering patients for procedures in a timely and courteous manner. Demonstrates an ability to use good judgment for maintaining confidentiality, and solving problems. Discharges patients, receives payment on accounts and answers customer questions. Monitors patient flow with registration and ensures patient waiting time is minimal.
