PATIENT INTAKE COORDINATOR

Macon, GA Office – In-home care agency that is seeking to hire a Patient Intake Coordinator for Staffing and Scheduling. Patient Intake Coordinators are responsible for staffing patients’ requests with caregivers who possess the right skill, personality, and availability for the care recipient. Success will depend largely on the Patient Intake Coordinator’s ability to work in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.This candidate needs to have excellent computer skills as well as an analytical mind to be able to put all the pieces together to come up with a schedule that works each week for our clients and caregivers.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily scheduling to insure that our patient’s needs are met adequately and timely by selecting the best suitable caregivers.

Required Education:

High school or equivalent

Required Experience:

Customer Service Skills: 1 year

Scheduling: 1 year
