We are a looking for a part time bookkeeper for the following tasks:

Small Business Services:

Recreating Books

Catch-up on back taxes, statements, invoices, etc.

Reconciliations

Bank, credit cards

Reporting

Financials

Tax preparation for your accountant or CPA

Sales

Payroll

Computing payroll on Quickbooks

Payroll Tax Filings: Fed & State

W2, 1099, Year-end compliance

Accounts Payable

Managing vendors and bills

Accounts Receivable

Creating invoices and statements
