Our Outside Sales Rep works collaboratively with the Branch Manager on some of the most important projects in the building materials industry. We currently have an opening for an Outside Sales Rep in DFW to activate installers, builders and architects and strategically target potential customers to generate and grow new business.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 or more years of successful outside sales experience in the building materials
• A successful track record of hunting for and closing new accounts
• The ability to build relationships quickly and become a trusted long-term advisor to clients.
• Ability to learn company processes and follow direction.
• Valid driver’s license with good record
• Some travel may be required occasionally to corporate office (Houston, TX)

We are specifically looking for driven, competitive individuals with a passion for success and a track record of over achieving. Salary range potential is 80k- 100k (1st year)
