Outbound Call/Sales Specialist for DOPE Magazine's NEW Cannabis Directory

Are you an outside sales hunter that is always looking for the best opportunity to determine your own earning success? Do you have a good track record in sales, a high level of energy, persistence, and a strong desire to win?

We are looking for an experienced, solution-oriented, all-around go-getter to work in a contract sales role earning an uncapped commission from 25% to 33% , selling ad placements and sponsorships in DOPE Magazine’s brand new online cannabis directory, DOPE Pages! www.dopepages.com

Qualifications and Responsibilities: We are seeking flexible, fun, self-motivated individuals with a passion for green technologies and great customer outreach.

• Previous experience working in a sales and/or call center environment or similar work experience.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and positive team player. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Strong organizational, record-keeping and multi-tasking skills. Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication.
• Flexibility to work anywhere from 20 to 40 hours a week anywhere between 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday. 20 hours/week is a required minimum.
• Must own a PC with Windows XP or more recent OS. Must own the full working versions of Outlook, Excel, and know how to use them.

Pay/Benefits: This is a rich uncapped 25% to 33% gross commission based contract role, paid weekly, telecommuting ie work-from-home, with no other (health, etc) benefits. Full time positions and career advancement opportunities exist for the proven successful candidate. Opportunity for additional bonus incentives exists at management discretion.
