Oracle Cloud ERP System Administrator

CompuNet is seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP System Administrator to support the project as well as the ongoing administration of the system, management of security/user access and any future configurations of the system.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • Responsible for provisioning, configuration, operation and maintenance of Oracle Cloud
  • Define and build best practice processes for CompuNet?s ERP, HRIS and other systems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide support for cross departmental projects, including process improvements for both the client-facing and internal operations teams
  • Contribute to reporting and KPI efforts for specified business units
  • Meet regularly with executive team and business leads to ensure all new processes and initiatives are being captured within our systems
  • Manage all Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to complete any Administration tasks and resolve issues
  • Update and implement user security within Oracle ERP Cloud Security
  • Ensure compliance with organization-defined data security policies
  • Work closely with project lead to review current organization structure, and determine appropriate security levels and rights
  • Review and audit end user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Align segregation of duties and security profiles.
  • Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support internal security projects such as identity management
  • Create and maintain accurate and up to date process documentation (e.g. Standard Operating Procedures, design documents, migration forms)
  • Function as the primary point of contact for all issues related to Oracle ERP Cloud
  • The candidate should have 5 – 8 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of Oracle ERP applications, ideally with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) as an administrator (implementer, preferred but not required)
  • Ability to provide best practice advice for ERP administration, security and working with the software vendor (Oracle)
  • Experience develop and performing end user training
  • Possess excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal, communication, management and technical writing skills and attention to detail
  • A bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field of study. Individuals with leadership, project management, analytical and excellent communication (oral and written) skills are required.
