Operator Sampler Execution Roy Point Mine – Mine Closure (CSA)

Serious contenders will have a Grade 12 with Mathematics / N3 Technical Certificate with at least 2 years’ experience in Mining;

Valid Driver’s license is essential;

Computer literacy is an added advantage;

The successful candidate will be subject to a Dover test and must meet the minimum requirements;

Candidates will have to pass a fitness examination as determined by the Risk Profile for this position.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Environmental (Water, Soils, Dust) monitoring tasks with in various defunct mines located in Kwa Zulu Natal in accordance to the monitoring procedures;

Record and report environmental monitoring information using appropriate monitoring devices and deliver samples to the laboratory;

General maintenance tasks required from time to time at mine sites;

Assist in various areas as and when required by the supervisor.
