Location-North American Logistics Campus. Shift-Tuesday-Friday, 5 PM to 3:30 AM.

As an Operations Specialist II, you will be responsible for providing people and work flow coordination. Supporting individual and team development by analyzing data, assessing business metrics, and providing timely feedback. Managing all department accountabilities including: processing customer orders and returns, leading groups of people (rotationally), maintaining product inventory, using necessary tools & equipment, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Facilitating the training of others on DC systems, processes, and equipment. Providing input into performance management and recognition and rewards.

• Experience successfully leading a project or team
• Cross-departmental communication skills.
• Computer skills and warehouse equipment driving experience preferred
