Operations/Logistics Coordinator – Fashion Apparel Company

Responsibilities:

-Entering all orders/reorders for major wholesale accounts

-EDI Proficient

-Quantum ERP Software experience is a plus

-Receiving goods into warehouse from factory

-Pulling weekly open order and shipped reports by account

-Order shipment management/ troubleshooting

-Ordering Customer price tickets

-Billing/Invoicing

-Maintaining detailed log of customer chargebacks

Requirements:

-3+ years in a similar role for an apparel manufacturer or large retailer

-Well organized, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills

-Intermediate or advanced knowledge of excel and MS office is a must

-Ability to prioritize and solve problems and meet deadlines

-High level of attention to detail

-Experience a must

-Experience working with Rainbow Shops a plus
