Track, report on, and analyze trends and directions for all elements of the Commuter Assistance program.

Extract, merge and arrange data from multiple sources, including SAP, in-house website DisneyCommuterAssistance.com, additional databases tracking transit, vanpool, bicycle, and other sources.

Prepare monthly statistical reports, including the TDM Fact Sheet. Analyze trends within all tracked modes of commuting. Provide monthly barometers for all commute modes. Estimate AVR (Average Vehicle Ridership) on a quarterly basis. Organize reporting on website analytics – trends on page views and usage for DisneyCommuterAssistance.com, the HUB, Backlot, Yammer, and other online activity.

Ensure compliance with transportation and air quality regulations; help minimize the Company’s parking footprint.

Audit and maintain records for all areas of the program

Maintain data on all TDM programs, including (but not limited to) Commuter Choice (WageWorks), Vanpool program, Emergency Ride Home, OCTA pass usage, carpool permits, ORCA (Seattle transit) passes, gift cards, online reporting, contest winners, payroll redemptions and logs, electric vehicle use, administration of incentives within the Employee Commute Reduction Plan, marketing binders (required for AQMD), etc.

Compare and contrast information to determine compliance with terms and conditions, as well as all regional and national regulations.

Purge termed employees from our systems for accuracy, and ensure new-hires are eligible for program participation immediately.

Ensure there is no ‘double-dipping’ (employees taking advantage of multiple programs to exceed pre-tax benefit limits).

Ensure that our program is compliant, legal, and using of TDM resources efficiently.

Our self-audit program keeps us ready in the event of a real auditor walking in the door.

Handle financial transactions and monitor budgets

Engage fully with SAP and other systems to: extract spending data; evaluate ledger entries for accuracy and reclass as necessary; spot trends when spending is not in line with budgeted projections; review and pay all invoices; create spending categories; monitor contractual relationships; maintain excellent status with every account; archive contract documentation and track expiration dates; coordinate vanpool paycheck deductions and subsidies, process pre-tax reimbursements for transit subsidies; prepare quarterly accruals for managerial approval; prepare and submit weekly Payroll files for redemptions, tax adjustments, and imputed income; track national program costs and process BU charge-backs accurately; and provide weekly reports on spending trends and paycheck deductions.

Ensure that TDM team stays within budget, given the many variables that can create variances.

Provide customer service support as needed

Provide back-up to the front desk team whenever it is busy. In this capacity, this role will answer busy phones; handle walk-in traffic; assist Cast Members with enrollments, app downloads, reward redemptions, transit routes, carpool matches, and any other services we can provide.

Customer service is always among our highest priorities, and is at the heart of engaging participation in an activity that is not always at the forefront of our clients’ thoughts.

Provide support for in-person marketing, promotions, and special events

Assist the TDM team at table events and fairs. This can mean working at alternative offices or locations on occasion. Research and order giveaways, ensuring compliance with internal rules.

Growing the program through promotion is a key element of every TDM team member’s role.
