Opening Baker Einsteins Bagel

Einsteins Bagel in the Boise Airport is looking for an opening baker to take on a leadership role. Opening employees are depended on to make sure the location is open by 430 am for the first flights. This baker position is full time WITH BENEFITS, vacation, sick and personal leave, and competitive wage. On site is paid 4 days, hands on training course for baking and food training. Opening Baker. Under the direction of the Lead/Supervisor, preps and bakes muffins, cookies, bagels, and line items in accordance with the Company’s Gold Medal Standard and applicable Operational Standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to GuestPath’s Universal Service Standards
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance bank
• Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders.
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift
• Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
• Ability to perform normal lifting, push, or pull of stock, up to 50 pounds.

Environmental Working Conditions:

• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season
• May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $9.00 to $10.00 /hour

• Baking: 1 year (Required)

Education:
