Onboarding Specialist, Senior Associate

Job Summary:
The Onboarding Specialist works within the Talent Development COE onboarding & orientation team to support EY’s onboarding and orientation programs. This support includes providing project management, technological, document and repository maintenance, analysis, and continuous improvement as it relates to the onboarding programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts quarterly and ad hoc maintenance updates to onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Provides reporting and analysis for onboarding programs.
  • Maintains onboarding repositories and keeps all program and process documentation up-to-date.
  • Provides project management for less complex projects and assists with larger projects; provide cross functional support for key talent initiatives.
  • Provides scheduling, coordination and other ad hoc support for onboarding team meetings and onboarding programs.
  • Responds to needs of broader onboarding network, sponsors and key stakeholders, escalating to supervisors/sponsor as appropriate.
To qualify, candidates must have:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to recognize trends and report issues.
  • Strong working knowledge of all applications in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high changing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of project management practices and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experiences.
