Office Manager/Bookkeeper

An Office Manager with Full Charge Bookkeeping skills is need to manage this small and dynamic Financial Services firm. You will manage the daily operation of the firm, including all aspects of HR, Inventory, Facilities, Vendor Management and all Accounting functions. You will also provide some additional administrative and Marketing support to the team, which includes managing the CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and at least 5 years of Office Management/Accounting experience. Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems and expertise in QuickBooks is required. Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
