Now Hiring Corporate Contracts Admin II – 3rd Shift

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is currently seeking experienced Corporate Contracts Administrator II – Sales and Marketing.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 6 months contract preparation experience preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience preferred
  • Must be able to handle high-volume contracts processing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be able to type minimum 45 words per minute

Schedule Requirement: Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays. Hours are from 12:00 pm or 2:00 pm and must be able to work as late as 2:00 am.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Timely and accurate data entry, preparation and processing of timeshare purchases, warranty deeds, affidavits and authorization forms. * Verification of equity, deed, account status, exchange information, financial status and owner usage. * Document preparation for property transfers. * Responsible for reviewing owner’s accounts and communicating, collecting and posting outstanding balances for mortgage, late fees and maintenance fees in various software applications. * Conduct equity and occupancy usage inquiries for owners. * Conducts audits of daily sales, identify and document challenges and potential training opportunities. * Document accounts and properly routes action items. * Makes follow up calls and sends letters to owners on outstanding contract challenges and/or authorizations; obtain notarizations, documents, authorizations or other missing essentials from Equity Transactions. * Ensures timely delivery of files to the Deeding Department. * Facilitates Sale Pending Inventory holds, ensure unsold inventory held for daily sales is released in a timely manner and restricted inventory is released according to sales guidelines. * Prepares daily sales deposits and conduct deposit verification. * Reviews and maintains reports for all daily sales and challenge logs. * Provides accurate and timely assistance to customers and guests. * Ensures supply levels are maintained at approved levels. * Prepares orders, receives, and reviews deliveries and stock in locked storage. * Adheres to and promotes company policies and shared values established by Corporate Management. * Exemplifies a high degree of professionalism and personal ethics. * Attends required departmental and company meetings and provide feedback to enhance operating procedures.
