Network Technician

This is a 32 hour/week, non-exempt position with a pay range of $17.50-$20.25 hourly and eligibility for benefits package.

Provides computer and network technical support for agency and employees. Oversight and maintenance of computers, network and IT needs. Maintain integrity and security of network and systems. Organize, install, and support computer systems and network. Other inclusions are: Desktop support, Hardware support, Work with outside existing network vendor, Work with Microsoft based environment, Assist staff with computer inquiries, Troubleshooting network issues

Train users, Develop system training manuals, Maintain computer and network inventory, Update and maintain: website and social media sites.

An Associate’s Degree or equivalent in an IT-related field and two years of experience.
