Responsibilities include monitoring and responding to system generated alerts and/or notifications from our infrastructure technology systems, coordinating and communicating infrastructure technology system status with other lines of business, escalating
issues to appropriate personal and taking technology support calls. The infrastructure technology systems include but not limited to; Cisco routers and switches, VMware, HP blade servers, Cisco UCS, NetApp storage, Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop, Microwave systems,
Radio systems, Wireless network systems, SONET and DNX systems. Responsible for tier 1 level support on these systems and escalation as needed.

HOURS: This position is an hourly position working 12 hour shift rotations shared with 4 other people. The shift change will be at 6am and 6pm.

BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering or related field and 2 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of experience equivalent to a degree in planning, analysis, design, implementation, training and support of infrastructure
technology system. Requires successful track record in a high demand, cross-functional, multi discipline team environment.

The successful candidate shall undergo and pass a background screening check.
