• Knowledge of Cisco IOS

• Layer 1-4 (2 and 3 most important)

• WIFI trouble shooting skills.

• Cisco 1000, 2900, 4000, 9000 series routers

• Catalyst switches,

• Client switches,

• Aruba and cisco wireless

• Troubleshooting for existing network

• New implementations on the network.

• primarily working out of a helpdesk queue

• Some work will come in via phone calls

• Excellent communication skills

• Current CCNA certification
