Qualifications:

• Candidate will need to have a Microsoft development background.
• A qualified candidate will have experience with SQL Server, .NET, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, and IDE.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as information systems, mathematics, or computer science or 3-5+ years of work experience.
• Candidate needs to have desire to learn new software and communicate well in a team environment.
• Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes.
• Consideration given to equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
• Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
• Conducts advanced financial analysis. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate will work as part of a development scrum team and will need to Work closely with product managers to elicit requirements, research feasibility,

and create solutions.

• Implement business rules utilizing product specific IDE and related tooling to develop, debug, and test.
• Build, test, release, deploy application changes according to backlog functional specification.
• Understand workflow engines and document state processing.
• Work in an agile atmosphere using scrum practices.
