ERP Systems Manager

Full and overall responsibility for handling all phases of the ERP systems design, planning and roll-out as well as its administration, taking into consideration the project’s purpose, management objectives and information types and data sources before making design recommendations and taking action to address the current needs of the system while doing so.

Handle projects design details, while also coordinating with management, employees as well as other partners and stakeholders consultants to ensure functionality, usability, security and responsiveness across the ERP system and its interfaces.

Offer in-house consultancy, allowing us to move quickly to address any systems integration issues which can arise across an expanding number of technologies and system interfaces.

Provide enterprise services with the highest quality project management and development cost-effective solutions.

Implement solutions, measure results, and unifying them into a seamless process,

Ensure existing functionality and operations remain unaffected.

Follow standard quality assurance processes, with a step by step approach for defining the required quality criteria, setting the priorities, ensuring the quality criteria are met, and demonstrating the software systems adhere to those criteria.

• Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
• Verifies application results by conducting system audits.
• Prepare and present proposed testing solutions, ensure orderly and timely implementation of testing solutions, and complete and report on project progress and audit results.
• Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; anticipating requirements.
• Maintains ERP system consistency by implementing analysis and development standards across different countries that uses the same system.
• Helps increased productivity by providing bug fixes, system improvements, batch processing and diverse automated tasks in a timely fashion.
• Maintains data security by implementing policies to ensure appropriate access to users.
• Performs analysis of business operational demands on existing information systems.
• Designs and delivers mechanisms to management to collect information and allow creation of reports.
• Offer assistance to senior staff and support management and staff in implementations of features.

Key responsabilities:

• NAV migration from NAV 2009 to NAV 2017

• Responsible for creating, modifying, customizing, installing and testing applications and code

• Plan phases of the software development life cycle for a variety of projects.

• Recommend, schedule, and perform improvements and upgrades.

• Evaluates viability of possible enhancements; consider long-term impact of alternatives

• Ability to learn new business processes

• Very good knowledge of Lanham (EDI, e-Ship)

• Programming skils in NAV 2017 / 2009, SQL and C#

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent working knowledge of Dynamics NAV

• Willingness to learn new applications
