We are looking for a National Manager, Property Management to be responsible for overseeing the management of brokers, listings, aging properties, delinquencies, and evictions.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Oversee a skilled staff of Property Managers and bear ultimate responsibility for the management of our portfolios
• Train, motivate, and mentor Property Managers and ensure adherence to policies and procedures, metrics, systems, best practices, management structures, management reporting systems, use of information technology, and effective training to create a strong operating discipline
• Oversee Section 8 and HOA/city code issues
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local policies, procedures, laws and regulations

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have…

• A Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience as PM, Minimum of 1 year as single-family rental and 3 if multi-family
• License (real estate agent or CPM)
• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications is mandatory.
• The ability to maintain a high rate of accuracy and productivity, as well as the ability to multitask and function under deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Must be willing to work 10am to 7pm, as needed

• Increase occupancy by 2 points or maintain 95% occupancy
• Decrease eviction by 2% or maintain below 4% for the portfolio
