Multimedia Designer, Mid
Key Role:

Conceptualize and create cutting–edge multimedia elements for Web and mobile eLearning products. Apply expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products. Compile raw data from various sources, including in–person, e–mail, briefings, meetings, and phone calls and develop comprehensive, clear, and visually engaging graphics, animations, and interactive elements. Display knowledge of Web and mobile technologies and expertise in IT terminology, processes, and best practices. Interact with high–level senior government leaders.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with multimedia development tools

-Experience with Flash developer

-Knowledge of AS2 and AS3

-Knowledge of Adobe CS, After Effects, and Premiere

-Ability to create dynamic, multimedia–based presentations

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with interactive design for mobile delivery

-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cross–browser compatibility issues

-Knowledge of evolving Web standards

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree
