About the role

The Dynamics 365 Financial Services Lead will further define the approach to sell and deliver CRM based solutions to our financial services clients in the Midwest region. The solutions are based in Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement. As the lead you will develop market relevant materials to assist selling. You will also lead the Dynamics 365 team in developing the capability to deliver to the unique needs of the financial services industry and oversee delivery projects.

Day-to-day, you will,

• Work with Avanade’s DigitalSales and Service team to sell to financial services clients
• Partner with our global financial services team to create, then refine the financial services offering for the market in the Midwest
• Provide thought leadership to teams during all stages of delivery
• Provide financial services industry and process expertise to guide selling and delivery
• Help determine and translate customer needs into an Avanade solution and approach
• Contribute to proposal development
• Contribute to scope, approach, and estimating input to the proposal team

Experience:

• MS Dynamics CRM Developer & experience with 365 cloud: 5 years
• NET framework 3.5/4.0, HTML5, XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript.: 6 years
