Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • Customer-service focus
  • Self-Starter and time-management skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic Understanding of Encompass is desired
  • Work with closing agent and brokers to prepare the closing disclosure to be sent to the borrowers
  • Work with closing agent and brokers to draw up accurate loan documents for the borrower to close
  • Review signed loan documents and obtain any PTF conditions to fund loans
  • Order wires for day of closing
  • Makes sure the fees disclosed on the closing disclosure are within tolerance
  • Monitors and/or ensures compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations
  • Performs additional duties as requested.
