Summary
PhoneSoap is a consumer electronics company that delivers high-quality and innovative UV light cleaning devices for your phone and other electronics. Our company has been in Utah for nearly a decade and is looking for team members to fill positions in this growing business. We will consider applicants local to Utah first.

    • Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the hardware engineering team to build, develop, and test mobile applications with our integrated hardware and back-end API.
  • Produce fully functional mobile applications to graphic designer specifications.
  • Use version control software (Git) to manage development workflows
  • Assist in guiding offshore developers to develop mobile applications with code that follows Android and IOS best practices, is well-organized, easy to read, maintain, and optimized for its intended purpose.
  • Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols
  • Maintain technical expertise in emerging mobile app dev technical trends.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to architect solutions and establish reasonable timelines.
  • Support the entire application lifecycle for mobile app development (concept, design, test, release and support)


    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
  • Experience with Flutter/Dart, PHP, C++, and/or Python a plus
  • Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals
  • Experience developing mobile applications (Android, IOS, Xamarin, Flutter)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean
  • In-depth knowledge of Swift and Kotlin
  • Proven work experience as a Mobile developer
  • Professional experience with agile development

    • Job Type: Full-time
    COVID-19 considerations:
    At the office, we spread out desks to ensure space for social distancing and wear masks. We have the choice to work from home or go into our Lehi office temporarily. Eventually, we will all be working from the office.
