Senior Full-Stack Python Engineer

I am currently engaged on a search for talented Full-Stack Python Engineers for my Boston based client.

They are a 5 year old start-up that has been profitable since Day One.

Key Stats:
300% growth year over year

Thousands of paying customers in a trillion dollar marketplace that grows by 10% every year

In growth mode – need to hear 30-40 employees, including ~10 core engineers.

Their platform is an SaaS delivered, enterprise platform that has a very complex analytics engine. Their approach to disrupting their industry is through a very data driven, personalized approach.

They provide really complex challenges and the VP of Engineering focuses on providing opportunities to learn and grow.

Everyone works across the stack. It’s a small team, and the opportunity to make a big impact is there.

Tech Stack:
React.js, Backbone.js, Python/Django, Aurora/AWS, Cassandra, etc.

What they need:
CS Degree or related

4-5+ years of experience in core engineering.

Ability to work across the stack

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Python experience strongly preferred
