Microsoft Architect Full Stack Developer

Seeking a passionate Microsoft Software Sr. Architect to join our team. BlueMetal does technical consulting to clients through envisioning sessions, architecture design sessions and providing architecture oversight for our clients on their most important and challenging projects. They are responsible for industry research & development, rapid prototyping and outreach to the technology community. They collaborate with sales, marketing and delivery in the creation of BlueMetal’s offerings, providing pre-sales collateral in the form of whitepapers, presentations, blog articles, demos and videos.

What you’ll do at Insight/BlueMetal:

Experience in the design and development of cloud-native distributed applications that leverage microservice ReST APIs, API Gateways, relational and NoSQL stores and loosely coupled messaging
Experience in the design and implementation of Internet of Things solutions that leverage high volume telemetry ingestion, stream analytics and data visualization
Experience in DevOps including the design and automation of Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service capabilities including virtual networks, virtual machines, cloud services, web sites, data services, IoT services, etc.
Experience in the design and implementation of big data analytics that leverage Hadoop and predictive analytics systems.
You will have experience in DevOps including the design and automation of Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service capabilities including virtual networks, virtual machines, cloud services, web sites, data services, IoT services, etc.

Must have strong front-end development experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, Responsive web)
Must have incredibly strong background in C# development and be familiar with common software patterns and principles (Dependency Objection, Singleton, Observer, alternative design patterns)
Must have extensive experience with identity concepts and be able to work and construct identity solutions (aspnet profile, ADFS, Azure AD, Thinktecture IdentityServer, etc.)
Must understand micro-service design concepts such as domain driven design and be able to implement them
You will be familiar with the full Microsoft Stack and have extensive experience in that space
