Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking to hire a Full-time/Salary Medical Records/Drug Court Liaison

Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Must have excellent office skills, minimum of 2 years office experience, and computer literate. Excellent computer skills using Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel. Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with telephone etiquette and working with confidential and sensitive information. Organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects, as well as meet crucial deadlines. Experience with various types of clients, diverse and multi-cultural populations.

Must have good people/customer service skills. Ability to work independently or in a team. Must have experience working with HIPAA protected information. Must have good organizational skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. Must have the ability to act as a liaison for the agency, communicate verbally and professionally during court hearings and with other community contacts.
