General mission

  • The Media Coordinator will be responsible for project management of Hermès owned and client initiatives. Primary focus will be on client and recruitment campaigns with complimentary support to key media initiatives. Provide internal reporting on 360 degree communications plans across paid, earned and owned media. Collaborate with the media and special events teams for amplification of regional initiatives, digital activations, analysis of client-focused initiatives and campaign analytics.

Main activities
Owned Property Management

Execution for enhancements and updates across local digital brand communication tools: US Facebook, Google listings, Yelp, Store Locator Boutique & Event Pages, and new Yext partnership and in-store collateral and digital experience. Collaboration with E-Commerce team to co-manage agency SEO strategy to align with brand voice and create product category excel templates, proofread agency deliverables, and track implementation for Hermes.com US. In advance of site re-launch, development of seamless branding calendar with Hermes.com product availability, deliveries, and product pushes.

Paid, Owned & Earned Campaign Analysis

Collaborate within the Communications Department and Media team to support the 360 degree realization of all HOP communications efforts. Support Director in weekly brand and project status meetings – prep materials to review during brand and status meetings, take notes and document action items and takeaways, communicate deadlines and deliverables. Monthly, seasonal and campaign wrap-up analysis of all client communications and brand communications activations. Establish pre and post activation calendar and debrief meetings to guide future strategy.

Client Relationship Management, Client Communication

Partner with CRM manager on the successful phased roll-out of the new global CRM software, Galileo with prelaunch training, implementation management with coordination between HOP Corporate and Retail needs analysis and the successful continuation of further capabilities. Weekly and Monthly reporting for retail stores and executive teams. Development with CRM Manager of further insights and reporting based around HOP business targets for audience targeting to core, recruitment, middle level and lapsed client goals.

Regional Event & Content Coordination

Coordination with Paris teams to spearhead new digital initiatives via Brand Owned Platforms / Social Networks. Partnership with PR team to maximize and track visibility of regional events. Partnership with Paris team in development of local initiatives including Native App or local landing page development. Development for all digital enhancements for regional event activations with experimental marketing agencies.

Applicant profile

  • Minimum Education Required:
  • College Degree.
  • Minimum Years Experience Required:
  • Desired minimum of two years of Communications experience in-house or agency with paid media as an area of focus.
  • Knowledge/Skills:
  • Collaborative.
  • Proactive, self-starter who can take initiative and work independently to deliver results. Independent thinker with in-depth knowledge of the digital landscape / social media platforms / technology innovation. Creative problem solver, with strong communication skills. Excel and Powerpoint expertise a must.
