Marketing Supervisor

Summary: The position is responsible for leading all park-level marketing research and data analysis deliverables through our Attendance Tracking System (ATS), Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) and other assigned marketing research programs. Support online e-commerce ticket & season pass strategies, execute in-park advertising and promotional tactics, and support various market communication projects. This position is accountable for delivering a superior guest service, while enforcing park policies and procedures. Job Duties: Leading the daily operation of the seasonal research team (recruiting, scheduling, training, monitoring performance, communicating and coaching team) to deliver high quality information, and ensure that all staff members deliver Six Flags Guest Service standards Interpreting research findings to assist with managing marketing and guest service strategies Maintaining and controlling expenses for assigned project Assist Marketing Manager and outside advertising agency with the placement of media buys Responsible for set up & maintaining store front content on multiple e-commerce channels, with focus on season pass initiatives and online ticket sales strategies Coordinate ticket PLU’s and ecommerce sales program with Ticket Office Fulfilling in-park marketing strategies and signage program; working with local and corporate marketing team on creative design, production, reporting & budget expenses Assist with promotional media and local business partner programs Research, develop and execute in-park events, festivals and promotions as assigned Support Communications Department with website & mobile site copy, SF app support and guests email newsletters Cultivate working relationships with internal departments and external partners Assume Marketing On Duty responsibilities as needed for daily operational coverage Support various Marketing Division (Promotions, Group Sales and Communications) projects as assigned by Director of Marketing & Marketing Manager Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent work experience Previous experience in Research, Hospitality, Entertainment, Tourism, Destination Marketing preferred Quantitative analysis experience and ability to interpret findings with a focus on actionable results a plus Solid computer and technical skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Tablets Proven leadership skills and a team-player with a positive attitude Strong communicator with ability to motivate a team and deliver quality results Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact and communicate with others in a professional environment Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends, and holidays Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, sitting for long periods of time, lifting, etc.
