Marketing Specialist

Semper Home Loans is actively seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the team! The position would assist with supporting a wide variety of ongoing marketing projects from concept to final completion within multiple departments throughout the company. The ideal Marketing Specialist will thrive in a highly creative, fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Duties/Responsibilities :

· Develops marketing strategies and takes them from concept to completion.

· Proactively and effectively educates the public about Semper in order to drive sales growth.

· Maintains and updates company’s website, intranet, and social media.

· Establishes, develops and implements the company’s marketing strategies.

· Oversee in-house marketing communication, including branding, public relations, advertising and

· Keeps current with social media trends, new channels and new opportunities.

· Designs content for ecommerce website pages, advertisements and branding.

· Designs, produces, and updates all digital design assets; email and on-site assets

· Monitor weekly sales and interpret monthly results to identify additional opportunities

· Develop primary knowledge of the market place (users, applications, products, competition, and channels) to effectively analyze market potential and communicate competitor market data.

Skills and Experience:

· 2-3 years in Marketing

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred

· Previous graphic digital design experience is required

· Organized with the ability to prioritize workload

· Very good attention to detail and Quality Control

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Ability to work under pressure to meet delivery deadlines

· Strong knowledge of media types, file types, standards and documentations

· Team Player who is highly analytical, motivated, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
