What will I be doing?

As a Marketing Manager you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

This position will collaborate with the on property marketing teams as well as the sales leaders to drive efficiencies amd increase revenue for Hilton Grand Vacations.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and leading site initiatives for the marketing team in achieving targeted sales and service.

Responsible for staffing and managing their group of talent, including training, communicating, mentoring and coaching in order for the team to reach maximum performance.

They will be the primary contact for both internal and external customers relating to activities and are well versed within their region/site of the local events, attractions, partnerships, restaurants and on/off-site activities.

Develop and maintain reports to monitor the performance of the on property team, as well as the individual performance levels of its Club Coordinators.

Report to management the performance of the department as well as the performance of programs, incentives and staff.

Hold individual monthly performance reviews in partnertship with the Asst Marketing Mgr with team members and team leaders.

Handle cases where performance is below minimum standard according to marketing policy, and in conjunction with Human Resources guidelines.

Other duties and tasks as assigned by management

Minimum 1 year of people management and/or experience leading a team in a sales or marketing environment

Minimum 1 year of timeshare experience

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple duties in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to meet deadlines

Ability to effectively manage people and scheduling for a large team

Good interpersonal skills

Proven ability to resolving customer service issues or owner service issues

High School/GED

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

2+ years of people management experience and/or experience leading a team in a sales or marketing environment

Timeshare marketing experience with Hilton Grand Vacations

Ability to speak, read, write Japanese language

BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
