Marketing Associate

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

ServiceTarget is a software-as-a-service company based out of Bozeman, Montana focused on helping companies improve their customer self-service experiences and reduce customer service costs. Our priorities as a company are helping our customers be successful in terms of self-service, creating fulfilling careers for the team, and giving back to our community.

This position will provide you with the opportunity to work directly with our CEO and sales team to develop the sales pipeline for ServiceTarget. Specifically your responsibilities would include development of our target account list, development and execution of email and social campaigns, and active follow up/scheduling of sales calls.

The right person will have a track record of hard work and a willingness to do anything to help their teams be successful. The position will require that you be exceptionally well-organized and disciplined about your work and be capable of assimilating and learning new information quickly. Finally, as someone representing the company and our software, you must possess outstanding written communication skills and be capable of connecting with and relating to executives making software purchasing decisions.

As an early member of ServiceTarget, you will help shape the go to market and culture of ServiceTarget and be capable of building and mentoring others who join the team subsequently.
