Marketing Analytics Manager

Responsible for analyzing and optimizing KPI’s to measure the success of both domestic and international multi-channel, marketing efforts, as well as report automation and dashboard development.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand customer segment needs and value propositions.

Streamline campaign process, execution, measurement and reporting to align with segmentation strategy.

Optimize the value of marketing programs in terms of leads generated, conversion, acquisition costs, and value of opportunities generated.

Translate customer insights and opportunities into actionable, forecasts that will inform promotional marketing plans and tactical campaigns (segment-specific).

Optimize and enhance current KPI’s and create dashboards to disseminate key findings.

Manage relationship with key marketing vendors both in data and production.

Ad hoc analysis and key projects, as needed.

Effective presentation, management and reporting of channel recommendations.

Work closely with Product Marketing teams, Business Intelligence resources, and Key Vendors to support marketing operations and analytics needs.

Perform other job related functions as assigned.

EDUCATION: Financial, Business, Quantitative Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Quantitative field. MBA and/or equivalent industry experience.

EXPERIENCE: 5 years minimum experience in a Marketing Analysis, Technical or Quantitative methods role. Travel industry familiarity is desirable.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Experience working on analytical studies from: crafting the methodology, mining/analyzing data, and ultimately delivering final insightful recommendations. In-depth understanding of customer and channel marketing dynamics. Good organizational skills, is detail oriented, and is excellent at using quantitative data to drive recommendations and decisions. Ability to work with minimum supervision, displays strong self-initiative and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and acting as a working manager. Marketing automation skills, Unica, IBM Campaign, SAS marketing automation, a plus. Proficient in SQL, Hyperion or other BI Tools. Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.
