Manufacturing Customer Service

Manufacturing Customer Service Representative for fast paced metal fabrication company. Do you possess at least 5 years of customer service experience in a Manufacturing setting? Understand and completely buy-in to a “Customer First” culture. This position is responsible for processing external customer orders, follow through with our team to make sure orders are moving through each process to ship on time! Internal Customer Service is 90% of the job! Prior experience in metal manufacturing helpful. Must be comfortable working within MRP/ERP systems. Above average communication skills and have ability to remain calm and focused in critical situations.
