Manager of Finance and Administration

Our corporate headquarters is located in Bozeman, Montana where we have a highly trained customer service and administrative staff.

We are currently seeking an individual to fulfill the following position for our Bozeman, Montana location.

Manager of Finance/Administration:

  • Provide overall responsibility for administrative, and financial operations, ensuring appropriate and efficient provision of services and facilities to meet departmental and Comfort Company goals and objectives.
  • Support human resources processes.
  • Plan, develop, implement, analyze and control all fiscal aspects of the Comfort Company to meet departmental and institutional goals through operational and capital budget development, and continued development of processes to monitor the department’s compliance to budget.
  • Manage the functions and activities of the Administrative and Financial section of Comfort Company and its assigned employees.
  • In collaboration with the VP of Finance and Administration, develop strategic plans and recommend, initiate, implement, and monitor changes to processes and procedure designed to improve the efficiencies of the department.
  • Communicate and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, with institutional quality standards and improvement initiatives.

Experience/Education

  • A degree in Business Administration or Accounting or equivalent experience required.
  • Substantial experience in financial, personnel and IT management.
  • The ability to conduct financial planning and analysis, oversee complex information system as well as to manage staff and ensure efficient operations for a program that operates in multiple locations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal skills.
  • Motivation and self-reliance with the ability to take ownership of situations, multi-task and manage daily tasks as well as projects from start to completion.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and data/system analysis skills enabling the incumbent to provide technical project leadership, project management and system support.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe, Windows OS, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint applications.
  • Knowledge of Sage 100 ERP or similar system preferred.
