Position Title : Manager: Health & Wellness (1 X BFX) & (1 X SRX)

Position Purpose:

To co-ordinate and implement the TE health and wellness programme, as well as ensure integration of these programmes at

a regional level.

The Incumbent will reports respectively directly to the Manager Human Resources at Bloemfontein and Salt River.

Position outputs:

1. Assist with the planning, coordination and implementation of all Health and Wellness interventions within TE

2. Market and promote Health and Wellness Services via the use of various media aligned to TE health and wellness

communication strategy

3. Provide education and awareness on health and wellness related issues

4. Implementation of Employee Wellness policies, processes, procedures, standards and guidelines

5. Identify and analyse trends and provide recommendations based on trend analysis

6. Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and ensure alignment to best practice in the industry

7. Support and guide managers with concerns/uncertainties on how to deal with troubled employees

8. Facilitate and monitor the implementation of any required recommendations made by counsellors / specialists

9. Active case management and monitoring of high risk employees

Qualifications & Experience:

1. A applicable National Diploma (NQF 6) (Social Work/Psychology)
2. Minimum 5 years applicable experience in a large enterprise
3. Internal Applicants must have completed 12 consecutive months in their current position
