Manager FP&A

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide global financial modeling support focused on budgeting and strategic financial objectives
• Pro-actively make recommendations to senior leaders based on rigorous operational and capital expense analysis
• Provide analytics and support related to actual results, identify and track key performance indicators and execution versus budget and forecast
• Develop and provide recurring and ad hoc management reporting to key stakeholders to provide business insights
• Enhance modeling processes and thought leadership relating to corporate analysis and decision making
• Mentor less experienced associates
• Provide financial and overall business support and become a trusted financial advisor

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Strong Budgeting/Forecasting and Modeling experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confidence to challenge “business as usual”
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, changing environment working independently with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA preferred, with 7+ years related experience
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
