Manager, Case Management

Catholic Charities Atlanta, Family Stabilization Program is seeking a full-time Program Manager to oversee our Veterans’ Case Management and Parent Talk Programs. Candidate must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Applicants with previous management experience are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains minimal case management services caseload
  • Assist in the hiring, supervision and evaluation of program case managers, parenting specialists and interns
  • Assists Program Director in overseeing data collection and analysis and reviews QI and other data for purposes of program development
  • Implements evidence based case management standards
  • Assists Program Director in the oversight of grants and grant writing related to the programs managed
  • Assists case managers, peer navigators, and parent services specialist staff in accessing community resources identified for the client, family members and providers
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with other service providers, funders and regulators with the goal of increasing agency visibility and developing referral sources including participating in community meetings pertaining to relevant services
  • Represents Catholic Charities Atlanta to other Disaster Response providers, including CCUSA, GEMA/FEMA, VOAD, AMerican Red Cross and Salvation Army. Attends meetings on a state level as needed
  • Maintains database, accurate files and records of clients served through the program
  • Meets with immediate supervisor on a regular and consistent basis. Remains open to the feedback of peers and administrative staff. Responds to problem areas in a timely and productive manner.
  • Meets individual program and grant benchmarks on a consistent basis
  • Skills:

  • Proven working experience in Case Management, Parenting Programs or other Social Services Programs
  • Knowledge of community resources and local social service agencies
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Team management skills including motivating team members to achieve results and conflict resolution
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Compassionate with teamwork skills
  • Experience with grant management and reporting a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
