Management Intern positions!!!!!!

The Management Internship Program is a 12-week PAID hands-on training experience for college

students looking for rapid advancement and a rewarding career! If selected for the program, you will be placed in one of the sales departments to work directly with that department’s management team. They will teach you the necessary skills to be a successful manager with Menards. You will have the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, communication and time management skills, as well as the opportunity to gain hands-on management experience.

Skills/Requirements:

• Sales‐oriented & self‐motivated

• Able to relocate for advancement opportunities

• Able to work independently or in a team

• Able to lift product (variety of weights)

• Able to tactfully deal with guests and team members

• Comfortable using computers and office equipment

• Experienced working in the retail and/or service industries

• Able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings and weekends

You must be either a junior or senior in college pursuing a degree accepted in our Manager Trainee Program
