Logistics Manager

Sportswear Manufacturer seeking candidate for a full time with the ability to

adapt to a fast pace environment.

Job Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Data Entry: Create Styles #’s and UPC’s, Order Entry
• Receive, Review and Process EDI Orders
• Allocate / Pick Orders / Invoicing
• Work with warehouse to process shipments in compliance with customer routing and shipping guidelines to prevent potential charge backs
• Coordinate between multiple departments (sales and production)
• Evaluate Vendor Routing Guide and implement requirements.
• Research and resolve charge back issues and suggest improvements to reduce noncompliance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of EDI and Vendor Compliance
• Experience in EDI with Major Retailers including Walmart, Macys, Stage Stores
• Quickbooks, VSR
• Ability to multi task efficiently and have good time management skills
• EDI 810, 850, 852, 856 etc
