Loan Officer Assistant

~Works in tandem with high producing Loan Officer to prepare loan files for disclosures, and submissions for loan files for processing to enhance Loan Officers productivity.

~Speaks to customers and takes pre approval information over phone or internet, pulls credit report and runs loan through loan portals for pre approvals.

~Provides stellar customer service skills in communicating with customers and Realtors regarding pre approvals or loans in process

~Updates Marketing portal to send out communication, updates and marketing campaigns through our CRM.

~Responsible for collecting conditions on loan files from the customers and analyzing the income and assets they supply, updating the information in Encompass.

~Prepare monthly production projections report on Excel spreadsheet (down load from encompass)

~Prepare marketing flyers and closing folders for Loan Officer

~Ability to build strong relationships within the department, as well with customers and Realtors.

~Work with Loan Officer on Send out Cards Marketing portal for appreciation marketing to Realtors and clients.

~Work independently at times and remain in the office working on loan files and answering calls, answering emails from internal staff and customers while Loan Officer is out making sales calls or at closings.

~Coordinates the closing calendar board and maintain updated information on closing dates & times

~Must have strong communication and organization skills, drive and ability to work independently at times in a busy environment. People skills are vital and customer service is paramount.

~Monitors and submit files and conditions in a timely fashion to meet compliance deadlines.

~Should have great computer skills and be somewhat Tech savvy

~College degree not required but a plus but Mortgage Lending experience a must (min 2 yrs)

~ This position is an hourly/Salary position PLUS Monthly bonuses! Bonus is

based on number of loans closed each month. This bonus can be very lucrative for those who are goal oriented & driven. Full benefits and 401k and ESOP

Salary: $28,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year

Required license or certification:

• Mortgage Lending license not required but a plus!
