We are currently looking to fill a position of Entry Level Linux System Administrator with minor PHP development. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Linux systems, possess a solid understanding of basic information technology principles and be willing to expand their technical skills through real-time working process.

Responsibilities:

Deliver assigned tasks, such as: performing system configurations, troubleshooting systems errors/problems, monitoring and/or testing systems performance.

Implement Linux commands and use Networking tools.

Attend professional interest events.

Work under supervision of technical lead to accomplish assigned tasks.

Skills and Experience:

Completed two years of, or enrolled in a technical bachelor’s program (Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar programs).

Understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, Switch/Port configurations, Trunking, IPMP, VLAN management).

Basic knowledge of Linux server administration.

Some technical knowledge of the following technical areas: PHP, Linux, CentOS, MySQL.

Real interest in working with Linux and enthusiasm is a must.
