Retrofit Installer

Retrofit installing includes replacing light bulbs or fixtures or retrofitting/rewiring of existing fixtures. It does not include installation for which an electrician’s license is required. Applicant needs to be able to lift 40 LBS and climb a ladder.

Compensation: Base $10 per hour guaranteed. Plus a per fixture installed bonus.

GPA will pay for travel – reimburse mileage or pay for airfare and or rental car.

GPA will provide accommodation if needed in a double occupancy hotel room or an Airbnb

GPA will provide a per diem of $30 pppd

GPA will provide tools etc.

GPA will provide Workman’s Comp

Travel: travel is involved which might include staying over a weekend in an out of State location

Requirements

• Professional behavior
• Abiding by the rules set by the client
• Be able to climb a ladder
• Be able to lift 40 lbs.

Drug Free Work Environment: At the time during your employment, Green Property Advisors, LLC reserves the right to subject any employee to a drug test performed at a qualified medical facility.

Criminal Background Check: As part of our normal screening process all employees are subject to a criminal background check. Employees that drive as part of their normal employment responsibility are subject to DMV background checks and will be requested to maintain a copy of their insurance related information demonstrating that it is current and in force.

Probationary Period: As with all employees of Green Property Advisors, LLC are subject to a probationary period of 90 days from the start of your employment.
