Position Summary:
Responsibilities include executing the leasing program at the Metropolitan property located adjacent to the West End MARTA station with future Beltline access in southwest Atlanta. The Metropolitan includes just over 1 million SF of adaptive reuse commercial and residential space. The vision for the property is as follows:

Primary Functions:
1. Work with ownership team to create strategic leasing plan for the property.
2. Work with ownership team to manage the renewal process and tenant zoning of the property to help curate a tenant mix that adds cultural value to the property.
3. Participate in the creation of the strategic marketing plan and execute marketing initiatives.
4. Tenant canvasing through cold calls, email campaigns, social media, etc.
5. Lead presentations to brokerage houses, organizations and public events, etc.
6. Lead property tours to discuss property features, lease rates, and terms.
7. Compile property data for prospects, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, etc.
8. Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions such as leases, co-broker commission agreements, etc.
9. Participate in contract negotiations and due diligence.
10. Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, competitive property lease rates and occupancies, and legislation that may affect the property.
11. Lead leasing calls with ownership team, and produce monthly report on the leasing program, prospects and market.

Experience:
Two to Seven years of commercial real estate brokerage or property management experience (general sales experience welcome as well).

Education & Training:
Undergraduate degree through an Accredited College or University.
